    About Katie Holloman

    I grew up in the real estate industry. It's in my blood. My Dad, Albert, founded Holloman Construction Company, Inc. over 25 years ago. At the age of 4, I got my first hammer and some of my fondest memories from childhood are riding around in his truck from job site to job site. As a Greenville native, I attended South Central High School and then went on to get a BFA in Advertising at the Savannah College of Art and Design. You may think that real estate sales would be a natural choice for me. However, it wasn't. In fact, I don't consider myself a sales person. Only after I discovered that I could bring my "people first" approach to real estate sales did it click for me. In my first full year in real estate, I sold 40 houses for over $5M in sales volume. In my second year, I sold over $7M in sales volume, making me one of the top producing agents in the area. In 2019, I began adding additional team members to my firm, and we continue to focus on making the home buying and home selling experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. By combining our local market knowledge, construction background, advertising skills, and people-centric approach, we've grown rapidly and will continue to do so the right way.

    Emily made selling my home easy and painless. She worked quickly and took care of everything before I could even ask. She walked me through every step of the way and all I had to do was vacate the house for showings and sign documents. She's a great communicator and very responsive. Trying to put my house on the market and move out of town in the middle of a pandemic was stressful, but Emily managed to make the whole process a breeze.     Patrick was a pleasure to work wit. He took his time and treated my project like it was his own. He will definitely be the realtor you want on either side of the table.
