Katie Graham

Katie Graham was born and raised in McCook, Nebraska. She graduated from MHS in 1997. Katie has always had a passion for helping others which led her to getting her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a emphasis in cardiac and pulmonary rehab from UNC in 2001. She met her husband, Chad, at UNC and they were married in 2002. They moved to Denver where Katie worked at Lutheran Hospital as a Exercise Physiologist in the Pulmonary Rehab department and Chad started his appraisal business. In 2005 they had their first son, Cole. They always had a dream of raising their family back in Nebraska. In 2008 they made the move back to McCook and also welcomed their second son ,Brody, into the world. Katie has worked for the past 16 years as a Exercise Physiologist helping others live the healthiest life they can. She is very excited to now have the opportunity to help others buy or sell their home.

Katie and Chad have had several investment properties and understand the process of buying and selling a home. She understands the importance of loyalty, honesty, and dedication.
