They researched the the market to find properties that fit our needs, and helped us filter out those that did not. They were patient with us and spent several days visiting potential properties.They also kept us up to date on the process once we chose a property, and acted as our advocate with with seller's agent. The also intervened with our lender when the process was becoming overly complicated, and solved problems that should not have existed on our purchase.I would definitely recommend Katie and Diane if you are looking to purchase a home in the Fernley area.
