About Katie Brady

Katie first visited Jackson Hole in 1999 and fell in love with the beauty of the area and the great skiing. Originally from Minnesota, Katie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a 4-year degree in Real Estate. After 5 years in real estate development in Madison, WI, Katie decided to make Jackson Hole her home in 2005. A full-time agent since 2009, Katie has helped over 200 buyers and sellers navigate the competitive Jackson Hole real estate market. Katie enjoys working with a range of buyers and sellers including first time homebuyers, local residents and investors alike. Katie has an incredible passion for helping everyone achieve their real estate goals. HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of work you'll find Katie enjoying all that Jackson has to offer, by way of backcountry skiing, mountain biking, rafting the Snake River, hiking, golfing, shopping at the Farmer's Market.

FAMILY

Katie met her husband Chris 15 years ago, while leading multi-day kayak trips in Grand Teton National Park. Married at the historic Morman Barns under the Tetons, Chris and Katie have spent the last 10 years investing in Jackson Hole real estate. Katie loves spending time with her two sons, Cameron (born 2017) and Lucas (born 2020), and mixed breed / ball hound Piper. My husband and I lived in Jackson for five years and we loved it, unfortunately our health required us to move closer to family. I found Katie online and approached her about selling our home in Rafter J. I chose her because she was one of the top sales people and also a local person raising a family in Jackson. From start to finish Katie was professional and an excellent advocate and us. When we called she answered immediately. When things didnt go as planned she handled every situation patiently and with kindness. She was never pushy and she always gave us detailed information to help us make a decision. If you are looking for someone who will handle your home professionally Katie is your person. For the first two weeks of our negotiation our friend who is a real estate and loan agent checked everything for us. Katie handled that pressure like a pro! Katie was again great to work with on the sale of our townhome! We were able to sell the unit in a timely manner and at a fair price, which met the expectations we had at the beginning of the process. She also went above and beyond with assisting us in addressing inspection related issues as we were out of state owners.
