I sent out listing requests and Katie was a first responder within 24 hrs. She answered my initial questions and continued to maintain timely communications during the selling process. At our first weekend showing, we had over 25 responses and we opened contractual arrangements within 24 hrs of showing! Very impressed with Katie's abilities to market with integrated technology for photography of the inside and outside. She made sure to go over and check that the hallway rugs were clean and put up signs to take off shoes before walk-throughs. During the closing process, she was in contact with all parties and furthered discussions to facilitate any minor changes needed of both sellers and buyers. Katie's passion shines in her work.
