First time home buyer, it was nearly 8PM at night and Katie called me immediately after looking at a house. This was a good thing though, I appreciated the responsiveness quite a bit. We talked over the first house, she offered to get a hold of the seller, we ultimately went with a different home and she was very helpful through the whole process. As I had never done it before, having the ability to ask numerous questions and have them answered properly was a huge plus. Thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property.
