About Kati Spaniak Before entering real estate in 2003, Kati ran a successful graphic design and marketing firm in downtown Chicago. She started in real estate working with her mom as a business partner and excelled selling homes to buyers and sellers on the North Shore of Chicago until 2008. After taking time to raise her three daughters and volunteer on the Village Board in Northbrook and within the community, Kati got back into the industry in 2012 and hit the North Shore with drive and passion that is rarely seen in the industry. She used all of her design, marketing and business skills to excel to be one of the top real estate agents in the Chicagoland area within the following 3 years. She began building her team in 2015 and has since grown it to be a fully-functioning, high-performance team that is in the top 50 agents in the Chicagoland area out of more than 25,000 licensed agents. Kati's clients are educated, bright professionals that are looking for more than a part-time real estate agent. They are looking for accountability, professionalism and results that are promised. The main difference between Kati and the rest of the industry is her honesty and transparency with her clients. In Kati's career, she has sold over 300 homes and has the experience and knowledge that a seller or a buyer needs in these difficult times of navigating the home buying and selling process. Her main focus in talking with agents is the idea that the industry should try and lead with integrity and honesty when working with clients.
