Kathy was fantastic and really went out of her way to help us find the right home. I could not be more pleased with our experience. She was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting us the right house rather than making a quick sale. We relocated from Tampa, Florida to Newtown, Connecticut for my husbands job. Kathy was our assigned realtor for buying a new house. From the beginning, kathy was communicative about the home buying process in Connecticut as there are many changes from Florida. During our house hunting trip, kathy showed us houses that fit our family's needs over three days. In addition to house showings, kathy showed us the area and important aspects of the surrounding towns. This aspect was crucial in our decision making as we were joining a new town. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has tons of experience (both personal and real estate) to help with the relocation process. When looking at houses, kathy was honest and insightful. She was an extra set of eyes when looking at the fine details of a home. Kathy always listened to our concerns and adjusted the house hunting trip as needed. I would highly recommend kathy to anyone who is seeking an honest, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor. She is by far the best thing that has helped my family moved to a new state and we will always be grateful for her help and expertise.

Kathy sets herself apart with her tenacious attitude and ability to not stop until you have found the perfect home (or buyer).
