I inquired about a home that she was managing for rent. I lost the opportunity to rent the house because communication was extremely poor. I followed all of her instructions to apply for the house, I know for a fact my income qualified and my background check is very clean. I am a business professional and was left messaging her for two months with no response until she finally responded saying the house was just rented. Wasted time, money and energy trying to secure the house and lost out on other opportunities because this was my #1 option and the listing was up the entire time I was trying to get communication from Kathy.

Kathy Samuel is an excellent realtor, and she's an easy person to work with during what can sometimes be a very stressful time. She is always available by phone, text or email. When our home was in escrow, she followed up with us on a daily basis, and she found a solution for every problem that came up. I'm not gonna lie... we had quite a few problems! The sign of a GREAT agent is the ability to get past the problems and move forward with the sale! Working with Kathy Samuel to sell our house was a pleasure. She is a consummate real estate professional and very knowledgeable about the local market. Kathy also proved herself to be very easy to work with. We had not planned on moving, but a house we loved came on the market and we bought it. We wanted to sell our Dana Point home quickly and for the best price. Kathy is such a pro, she jumped right in, helping us with pricing, staging and marketing our home. It sold in eight days with two offers from the time it was put on the MLS!
