Be prepared. Get pre approved before you start your search so that you will be able to put an offer on your dream home before it gets snatched up. Keep your criteria broad to see as many options as possible; most of my clients end up buying a home that did not meet their original criteria.

Keep the home clean and well maintained including the outside. If required, order a city inspection before your home is listed. Allow as many showings as possible, as many buyers do not circle back to homes that have declined their showing or are strict with showing times.

I work with both sellers and buyers. My business is 50/50. I specialize with first time buyers because I am very thorough and make sure they are comfortable and knowledgeable through each step of the process.

I recently had a seller who also needed to purchase a home. Before we listed her home, I made sure she was qualified to purchase. All marketing for the sale of her home was prepped before we listed so that it went live with a bang. I was able to get her a full priced offer with 60 days free occupancy. We began the search for her new home once the appraisal came back on her current home. Everything was done in perfect timing and stress free. I have worked with multiple sellers who also needed to purhase.

I was a general manager of restaurants for 17 years. I have always worked well with customers and in sales. I was looking for a new career and many people I knew thought I would excel in real estate so I tried it out!
