Hi! I am Kathy Richmond with REMAX and look forward to serving you! I was previously a realtor in the Greater Baton Rouge area and am now happy to serve the people of my hometown in Natchitoches. I am a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of LSU. My husband John and I chose Natchitoches as our home over 7 years ago opening Maglieaux's Riverfront Restaurant and Sweet Cane Inn Bed and Breakfast. Since moving to Natchitoches, I have had the privilege of immersing myself into the Natchitoches community partnering with NSU, LSMSA and local social and historic organizations to grow and promote Natchitoches at every opportunity. I am so happy to now be serving buyers, sellers, investors and builders in Natchitoches, Alexandria, Shreveport and throughout Louisiana. My goal as your realtor is to walk hand in hand with you throughout the entire selling and buying process to ensure the smoothest experience possible! John and I have three grown children, Brad Haigler who is our chef at Maglieaux's and lives here in Natchitoches, Derek Haigler works for Lamar in Iowa City, and Jenna Richmond who is a student at NSU and works for Maglieaux's, as well!
