Their knowledge of Lake Champlain and experience selling, finding and buying high end properties does not compare to my experience with other realtors after buying and selling 2 other properties in Vermont. Their knowledge of the market, local buyers and out-of-state buyers and their experience was invaluable. They use the latest technology to both film properties with drones and they also introduced a new capability to use computer modeling to model furniture in rooms that were already emptied.
