You can’t expect to know everything, that is what I am here for! I will help you through experience to help you do it right. My "job" is to educate you through the process, so be coachable and willing to learn.

I have worked with clients that have bought and sold homes before. I have also worked with first time Buyers and Sellers. I have sold some commercial properties and vacant land. There is a lot to do out there!

I remotely worked with Buyers for about a year- when they finally came to start looking for their next home- it was like we were old friends! The transaction/purchase went so well- they referred their best friends to be- who now live a short drive from them! I love all of my referrals!!

My son was a Realtor about 3 hours away. he said he was thinking of moving an office here- so I did what every insane Mom would do- I quit my job, went to school and got my license so I could help him out when he got here. Their plans changed and here I stood with a license in hand. So, I went to work and actually received "Rookie of the Year" at the ripe age of 54! Never looking back-
