I must say working with Kathy to find our home was amazing experience! She's very passionate and patient when it came to look at houses. She listens to your interests, helps as much as she can! Along the way you can learn a thing or two from her. I would definitely recommend her to help anyone out when looking!

I don't really review things. I would very rarely go out of the way to do so, but when a random realtor you found online goes above and beyond for you I believe credit is due. I was just looking for random land around Turtle Lake and Balsam Lake was lucky enough to meet Kathy who knew of places that weren't easily found online and she had walked several of the properties I was looking at, and had very good knowledge of them. She read in between the lines and let me look at a couple of my suggested properties before she pointed me to the one I want forever. She was patient and definitely on my side and wanted me to get the best deal possible. She definitely is a great resource and is someone who cares. She went above and beyond to take me for a ride in a side by side to actually show me the real property in December to get perspective. If you need a realtor in Wisconsin I would highly recommend. Will be referring friends and family!

She was quick to answer any questions we had, and her thorough knowledge and experience helped us figure out a whole bunch of other questions we didn't even know to ask. Kathy made the whole home buying experience into something that was actually fun. Edit. We just enlisted Kathy's help again because she went above and beyond the orst time. Kathy was a superhero. When we needed to get our lake house sold, she was right there to help us immediately. She had a great strategy to drum up interest and activity on day one of our listing and we had offers the first morning it went live. Kathy was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and have us solid advice. I would definitely seek out her help again.

She was knowledgeable about the local market and kept us in touch with activity on our house that was located in Balsam Lake . Kathy patiently held open houses on our property and got our house sold.
