WELCOME TO WILMINGTON!! Who doesn't want to live where people vacation! We have survived the recent hurricane and I am selling houses. I have been a Realtor in Wilmington since 2000 and know the area, the beaches, the neighborhoods and the schools.

Originally from Upstate NY I moved with my husband here to escape the cold snowy Northeastern weather and we love it. I graduated with an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. My corporate career was spent with GE in the Materials area. I ran warehouses to support refueling of nuclear reactors, worked on the Galileo satellite that went to Jupiter, space shuttle and was a corporate buyer .

During my corporate career I moved many times so I understand the stress of moving to a new area and the housing dilemma.

I am familiar with New Hanover County schools as my daughter attended them. I have volunteered for Hospital emergency rooms, senior centers, junior achievement and JT Hoggard high school and Roland Grise middle school support.

I have sold oceanfront beach homes, new construction, condos, town homes , condos, land, a restaurant and residential homes. As an investor my husband and have owned beach condos, historic homes and beach town homes.
Wilmington is a very diverse city with a historic area and river-walk with a bustling downtown, a man-made lake, residential, commercial and shopping areas, several colleges and lots of different recreational areas including parks, golf, tennis and of course the surrounding beaches.
