Kathy was recommended to us by a mortgage lender on a new house we built and we were so pleased with every step of having her sell our "old house" when we could finally move! Her knowledge of the area was a great fit and her patience with us as we moved through the process of getting ready to list and sell was beyond extraordinary. She visited with us multiple times before we signed a contract to list. She studied the area and helped us settle on a price that we felt we could achieve, and spent several hours walking through the house helping us decide what to fix/update and what we could leave "as is." Her experience is invaluable! In a market that is flooded with so many new agents who only have 1-2-3 years experience we found that in terms of service going with an agent who has 29 years experience was the smartest thing we could have done! She was responsive when we needed her, quick to call back when we left messages, and I'm convinced her advice and hard work helped us sell our house for the maximum value. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
