I was the seller (specifically, the out-of-town executor) of a long-held property. As the broker, Kathy Haines was thoroughly efficient, informative and pleasant. It was very helpful to have her visit the property before it was emptied, and a few months before the listing. She gave us practical advice and contacts for all kinds of issues. The vendors she recommended (landscaping, window-washing, etc.) were available, on-time, excellent and affordable. Kathy kept me apprised as to every development with regular outreach at convenient times. When she was not sure of something, she said so. When she said she would do something, it was done. When something needed to be done that was a stretch, she did it without being asked ... several times. Throughout the process, she garnered the respect of all the other parties, as everyone knows her and likes her. There were a couple major bumps in the road, each of which was diplomatically (& successfully) navigated. Our closing went 100% smoothly. Expertise has no substitute.
