I worked at the Exxon/Mobil Refinery in Chalmette for 27 years. Held numerous positions including Contract Administrator, which has helped me in writing & negotiating contracts. I love my job as a real estate agent and enjoy helping people. I have been a Multi-Million Dollar producer - Gold, Silver, Top Producer Award receiver since I became an agent. I am a Wife, Mother & Grandmother and enjoy spending time with my family. I was born and raised in Chalmette. Have been married to my husband Rickie for 28 years and now reside in Tangipahoa Parish. My daughter Amanda and granddaughter Madilyn reside in Tangipahoa Parish. We also have two miniature dachshunds - Rubi & Tikka!!! I am licensed in LA & MS.

Mrs Kathy is the absolute best realtor that you can find. I had a different realtor before her and our situation was very time sensitive and particular that the first realtor didn't seem to understand that and took days to respond. After finding Mrs Kathy via recommendations my total experience changed. She is extremely knowledgeable and fast and if she doesn't know the answer to something she will find someone who does and she will fight for you every step of the way to make sure the entire process goes as smooth and easy as possible. She made the entire process so easy and understandable as first time home buyer she was a godsend. She is most definitely the one you need if you are thinking of buying a house because first and foremost above all she is there to make sure you get exactly what you want and that you are fully happy with your purchase. She is not just trying to sell you anything just to make a paycheck she cares for her client and there happiness is what she is striving for above all else. She is also flexible and very responsive when it comes to showing houses or finding new houses as soon as possible as they hit the market so you have the best chance to get a look before anyone else. To sum it up she is just amazing and definitely the one you need!

My brother and I had a lot in Greensburg, La.that was left to us by our parents when they passed. We decided to put it on the market since he and his family live in Fla. I live in Tx. We had no idea as to whom to choose to be our realtor especially since we both live out of town. I decided to go on-line and do some research. We knew we wanted the top rated realtor, we also wanted to see what the realtors past clients had to say about them. At the top of the list was Mrs. Kathy Eaves and boy I'm telling you her clients had the most amazing and kudos to say about her. Along with having 5 star rating. I looked down the list a little further, after all I'm doing my home working researching the best of the best realtor. I knew exactly who that realtor was going to be, Kathy Eaves. I put all of the info down required and within moments Kathy called me. Sure enoughI we right in hiring Kathy to be our. Kathy had the Lot for Sale sign up immediately after my brother and I got all documents signed. She kept us up-to-date and informed every step of the way. Whenever Kathy and I spoke on the phone I could hear this sweet ladies smile coming through the telephone line. Then that day came and my brother and I got the call from Kathy, weve got an offer for the full price and a cash offer. I said to her, are you kidding me? Kathy replied, we sure do! I almost cried when she told me the news. We informed my brother and he felt the same joy and excitement as I did. The day was soon approaching for the closing and neither my brother or I could make it to La. He and I had so much faith in Kathy we asked her if she could take care of the closing for us. We both trusted her so much that we knew shes got our back. We were righ! Kathy handled it all and with the utmost of professional, thoughtfulness and talk about detail oriented. We did the closing via conference call. The closing was complete! My brother and I received our check and all of the closing documents Fed Exd overnight with an a.m. delivery.
