She inspected our house before presenting her opinion on a recommended price range, which she did with a spread sheet comparing our house to others that were comparable. The photographer she hired took house pictures to a new level, showing our house in a very flattering series of pictures and a video. In a stagnant market, we had 23 viewings and 2 offers, one which we accepted, in less than two months. She was never pushy and is very personable. I don't know why anyone would hire a different realtor in this area after dealing with Kathy once.
