This was not our first home purchase, and I'm not an easy person to impress. Kathy blew us away. She was off the charts in every imaginable way that you can think of when it comes to a RE Broker. She really was exceptional in every facet of our purchase of our new home; and more importantly the sale of our former home. Having said that her process expertise was totally unbelievable. She was on top of every single item; and she never let up. Case in point, two hours before our closing she called me and told me to contact the highway department pertaining to something she had picked up on during our walk through the previous evening. That phone call led to us discovering some important information, and saved us roughly $1,000. Kathy is truly unbelievable.
