Kathy Cheek

My name is Kathy Cheek. I was raised in Arlington, Texas and I have lived in Granbury Texas for 31 years. I am a single mom with 25 year old twins Cory and Carly. My daughter is a nurse at Cook Children's Hospital and my son is in air traffic control school in Tulsa. I have been in real estate for 21 years. I am very active in our local realtor association better known as Gar.(Granbury Association of Realtors). In 2018 I was honored to be named volunteer of the year and in 2020 I was named the most dedicated realtor by the association. In 2023 I was presented with the Special Service Award by the Granbury Association of Realtors and the Civic Affairs Award by Century 21 Judge Fite. I am a Certified Real Estate Negotiator. I am also a member of TAR, NAR and TREC. I love real estate because I get to meet so many wonderful people that remain my friends for life.
