ZillowVERIFIEDKathy is not professional or easy to work with. When she came to show us a house, she was completely in sweats and knew nothing about the house she was showing us. Then we decide we like the house and Kathy INSISTED we had to sign because the owner would not wait a couple weeks for us. Just two days after she practically forced us to sign her contact was up and I spoke with my owners. My owners would have been more than happy to accommodate our timing but Kathy didn?t ask so she could get her cut from us before her contract was over..I find it terrible she was okay taking from young adults trying to find their way. Honestly, I hate that my experience was so bad that I?m writing a review because I never do but I don?t want anyone to be taken advantage of or lose their money because of her actions. I wish I knew then, what I know now so I just wanted to pass it on.

She was very honest to how fast paced the market was without making us feel pressured to move on anything that wasn?t a right fit. When we found a property we wanted to make an offer on she moved very quickly to get us an accepted offer. Kathy is knowledgeable in all steps of the buying process. She also helped with contacts for inspections, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. She was with us every step of the buying experience. She made the hunt fun and the outcome was us finding the perfect property that fit what we were looking for. If the need arises again we would definitely work with Kathy.
