I have had 5 homes over my life and I cannot think of a better realtor experience nor can I even think of how she could improve. She is extremely knowledgeable about my NE neighborhood, pushed me to spend a little more money, pointed out where to spend it and where to forget about it, and then delivered a sales price, which I thought was unattainable. And she made me understand how a full service realtor can actually worth the extra money, well she was certainly worth it. I had checked with a discount realtor and saw their prospective sales proceeds, Kathy delivered money in my pocket despite more costs involved. I will admit the market was on our side and we caught the peaks but if nothing else persuades you, Kathy was accessible ALWAYS. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
