We have known Kathy since we purchased our first home in Milford in 2009. Kathy was the listing agent of our home and we were so impressed by her work ethic and conduct (without even being our agent!) that we promised ourselves if we ever bought another home, we would contact Kathy. We reconnected with her a few years later because we thought about possibly purchasing a new home and got to know her as our own agent. At the time, the market wasn't right for us with not a lot of inventory, but after our family grew larger, and many years went by, we decided it was time to buy a larger home and sell our current home and of course, contacted Kathy immediately! In the fall of 2021, with a very tough market ahead, shortly after we enlisted Kathy's help, we found and closed on our dream home! Kathy helped us immensely in navigating a quick and painless close! With her help and professionalism, we closed in just 17 days! And shortly after that, also with her help, we listed and sold our very first home. Kathy's knowledge of the market and Milford was truly a gift. She knew exactly how to price our house to get lots of views and offers. On day 1, we had 4 offers, all of which were over asking price. Kathy helped us to navigate everything in a caring, yet professional, way. We never felt pressured and we always felt attended to. Our children love her and look forward to seeing her, even now after we've finished all our transactions! Kathy is truly a gem who will take care of you and treat you like a member of the family. When 3 other realtors could not sell our home we called Kathy. She sold our home quickly and for more than other agents even wanted to list it for. In the past, realtors were attentive while getting the listing, then we never heard from them. Kathy does not operate that way. She is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I recently closed on a home and Kathy was my buying agent. She did a great job for a total of 3 months helping me find a home in Milford. We probably saw 20 houses together and she found the right one for me. Working with the listing agent was a challenge, but she carried out all the tasks we needed to and in the end we bought the house our way. I highly recommend her as a realtor!
