Several thing came up that needed immediate attention, which I could not perform while working in Utica. She went up several times to take care of things that normally the seller would do. I also think we priced the house correctly. We had an offer in about a week. She also did a very nice jib of presenting the house on the Internet. I certainly recommend her to anyone selling a house. I assume she would be just as good in purchasing a house.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy earlier submission did not show up, so I'm trying again. My husband and I highly recommend Kathie. We spent years trying to sell our home in Dryden prior to finding Kathie. Once we contracted with Kathie as our Realtor, the game changed. She did a lot of advertising, several open houses, and was 100% dedicated to selling our house. She was always on top of everything; very driven, honest, and supportive throughout the entire process. We couldn't have been happier. We had two offers at the same time and were delighted. Kathie didn't take "no" for an answer and was willing to work directly with the bank, locating comps to prove property value, and even directly with the family when needed. When the timeframe (more than 6 months) went by and it was clear that I wouldn't be able to get into the house in the timeframe I needed, she happily showed us many other homes. She was able to find us a home that was PERFECT for us. Working with Kathie was a pleasure. Her knowledge of the local area and experience working through the buying/selling process were invaluable!
