Kathryn Wilcox

Born and raised in Cortland, NY I have over 17 years experience in the Real Estate business. I am very familiar with all areas of the county and beyond, extending into both Tompkins County (Ithaca, Groton, etc) and Onondaga County (Tully, Syracuse, etc) I have a diverse understanding of all aspects of real estate and sell residential, commercial and land My clients range from experienced investors to first time homebuyers as well as long term owners and first time sellers. I reside in the city of Cortland with my husband, Bob and have 4 grown children In my "free" time I thoroughly enjoy time with my 6 grandchildren and following SU football and basketball. My background in Social Work has prepared me to be a good listener and to make every effort to know and understand my customers' needs I work hard to make the home buying and selling experience for my customers a satisfying one.
