Debbi was absolutely phenomenal throughout this entire process. We probably drove her crazy as we were back and forth with this entire process. She was very professional and truly cared about what was best for us and never pushed us on anything we weren't sure about. I can not put into words, how fabulous, hard-working, and caring Debbie is! I had very specific needs, and she went over and beyond. I purchased a condominium for my aging parents from out of state, only being able to view the property on video. It was perfect and met everything on the list. Deborah Merker is beyond a stellar real estate professional. I contacted her via phone and after asking several questions she had a line up of homes that I would be interested in. Two days later I had bought the home. I was flying from San Francisco and only had a week or so to look. My prior trips had been very unsuccessful and the realtor was not understanding what I was looking for.The follow through with escrow was seamless and she met me here with a huge basket of North Carolina goods!
