I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992. I have had the priviledge of also managing, training and recruiting as well as new home sales. I love helping people achieve the dream of home ownership. I consider myself an educator so I love the process! It doesn't matter if it takes two days or two years to get to homeownership! I added my son, Cuyler, to my business a few years ago. Cuyler brings a youthful approach to our business as well as a sense of humor! My husband, Brett, is a senior mortgage loan officer with Ruoff Mortgage. To say that real estate is our life is an understatement! We look at it as a lifestyle not a job!

We were referred to Kathy by friends and we were so glad that we were. We were moving into the area from about 2 hours away and Kathy made the "long distance" shopping process so easy. Kathy displayed the patience and knowledge necessary to walk home sellers and buyers through a process in territory mostly unfamiliar to those who are not in the industry. There is a lot working parts, and much communication amongst many different players in the home selling and buying arena. With Kathys husband Brett handling our mortgage, the process became even more cohesive and streamlined. The electronic communications greatly simplified the process.
