Kathryn Richey

I have lived and worked in Craven County over 39 years. My father was stationed at Cherry Point when I was a child and I was raised in Havelock, later moving to New Bern . It has been a great place to raise my sons! The small-town feel and variety of outdoor activities offer a wealth of recreational opportunities in Craven, Carteret, Jones, and Pamlico County , as well as the Croatan National Forest. I have worked in real estate over 27 years. I started as a paralegal in a real estate law practice then to mortgage banking for a number of years. From there, I worked with a real estate developer. My diverse experience in real estate gives me the knowledge to save my clients time, money and stress. My motto is "Serving you to make your dreams come true!"
