We originally met Kathryn through a recommendation from our mortgage lender. We had tried to explore housing options with a different realtor and were incredibly disappointed. When I reached out to Kathryn, I knew life had to change and yet I didnt know fully the scope of what was ahead. Hands down, I now know that Kathryn was every bit of who I needed by my side to make the transition from neighborhood to country. From negotiating an initial contract for purchase, hitting the market for sale, and wading through the stress of a sale of house contingency, she was there in ways I didnt know I would need. From researching what my current house was valued at, and the demand in the market, to negotiating on my future home and allowing me the opportunity to return to the country, Kathryn showed knowledge, insight, resourcefulness, and determination through it all. Having Kathryn throughout the process of navigating the change a move requires, and all the uncertainty and doubt, Kathryn was there. She showed up good or bad and pushed through with a positive attitude that helped me continually lean into my faith. I kept re-thinking the situation and was scared of the unknowns that life presented when I listed my home. I think one of the many things I appreciated most about Kathryn was her ability and strength to look at the current status of everything and still find a way to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and ultimately it was her strategy and empathy that helped my dream (and my kids dreams) become a reality. As expressed early on, my dream was country livin, and that is now what I call home. I know I will be here for quite a while, but without a doubt Kathryn would be my first call if the need ever arises. She was quick to offer referrals as needed for quotes and services, quick to calm the anxiety dealing with so many details can create, and yet she provided the kindest and most professional environment any person going through the stress of sales/purchasing would need. Although I miss the day to day communication with her since we are past the finish line, I know Kathryn is hard at work for each individual she strives to take care of, because that is her, and the Wyoming way. With so much gratitude, I continue to soak up every country sunset and every bit of laughter as my daughter runs around stick in hand enjoying the good country livin we have been fortunate enough to return to. I am so thankful Kathryn believed in our dream, and fought every day to make it a reality for us. I am forever grateful.
