I could not have managed the selling of my mother's home without Katie. I live out of state, and was left with the daunting task of fixing up and selling my mother's home from a distance. I cant recommend working with Kathryn Kole enough. She made a life milestone of being a first time home owner so special and EASY! Her communication skills are the best Ive ever seen in a human being (no exaggeration) - she answers her phone very promptly. She always had the answer to all of my questions. She went the extra mile to help find me the perfect home. When showing homes, she was honest on what the pros and cons of the home. She wasnt looking to just sell me the quickest home that she could. She would send me homes in my price range and with my taste in mind. I am grateful forever for the experience I had closing on my first home. She kept me informed of the tasks I was responsible for.
