Katy at Homes by Connect is incredible to work with. Her personality is kind, supportive, and informative. We connected with Katy through our loan officer's referral as first-time home buyers. When we reached out to Katy, we already had a home chosen that we wanted to put an offer on. She was responsive immediately, even working during late hours. She stayed in touch with us during our lengthy buying process, which on the seller's end took from August-September. She came to our inspection as well as our final walk-through.
