Hi! I'm Kathryn French. Being in real estate for almost 14 years, I have helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes. Before real estate, I worked as a vendor to Realtors, teaching them marketing strategies to market a property and get the best value for their clients. After working in the industry of teaching marketing skills, I decided I loved the real estate business and had found my dream job. In 2019, my first year in real estate, I was awarded Rookie of the Year. Since then, I have jumped in and have never looked back. I love what I do and am genuinely passionate about guiding my clients to make the best decisions for their families. What I bring to the table are your wants and needs. I listen to clients when they share their reason for the move with me. Personally, when making a big purchase, I prefer to work with someone who will listen to my wants and needs.
