You want someone who knows the area; will assist you in finding the home or property you feel will fit your needs; can negotiate and represent you in the transaction as either a buyer or seller; will help and explain every step along the way. Use and knowledge of technology is important, but also personal hands on. I'm available via text, email and cell. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1988. I not only had three years as a real estate agent like most agents, but 23 years of being a REAL ESTATE BROKER. The difference is experience. I'm also a member and a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist. For this certification, you have to prove a minimum of residential sales; take a series of classes and be accepted by the association. Less than 10% of all Realtors have this certification.

I love the area I service and have been in the area for over 30 years raising our children; being involved in their school activities; cub scouts; 4-H; equestrian teams; President of an investment club; committee member for Metamora's Celebration of the Horse; and other community activities. Above all, I strive to live by the Golden Rule.

The majority of my business is referrals from others I've helped along the way for the real estate needs. I always feel that the best part of this job is meeting all of the new people along the way assisting them as buyers and sellers.
