We had a very positive experience in our house search with Kathleen. She was efficient at planning our outings to minimize wheel-time, and timed the appointment bookings well. She took our suggestions and offered her own for new properties for us to view. She listened to our feedback about the houses we saw (even though it was inconsistent and evolving) and responded with appropriate properties and neighborhoods to visit. She offered insight and gave us good advice regarding locations and the quality of the properties we were interested in. Kathleen's support during the contract offer, inspections, and issue remediation was much appreciated.
