When you are buying or selling a home, your realtor and broker matteraEUR"a lot. We knew this but got lucky with our first time buying and when it was time to sell and buy again we initially picked the wrong choice to represent us. After finally getting through the selling process we immediately shifted over to Kat with a strong recommendation from a friend to help us find a house and the difference was night and day. My mother needed to be moved to assisted living. It was an overwhelming time in our lives. The house needed to be sold to help offset the cost of this necessary event. Kat Quarterman handled everything that we needed done to make this a successful transition. From open house, negotiations, various inspections, tracking down paperwork, all the way to settlement date. Kathleen and her team were great! They helped us find a house quickly and took us though dozen's of virtual tours. They are very helpful for military families moving to another state. I loved that we were given a welcome gift when we signed our lease and we received a card when we celebrated our first year in our home. Love them, but I caution people with children, stay away from Pemberton, the school district is not good.
