Kathleen is a realtor who listens and truly works to understand your needs and tailor her services to them. We own a residential real estate company doing flips and rentals and its hard to find a realtor who understands the nature of this business. Kathleen has searched to find us MLS properties as well as sold the properties that we rehab. Her expert advice when it comes to marketing the house, her keen eye for staging and her ability to make any home look warm and inviting goes miles for us and our business. We often ask her opinion when making renovations on what will help sell the property. She is responsive and stays on top of her business.
