Kathleen Hobbs

In 2001, I passed the real estate exam and I have worked as a full time real estate agent since. I live and work in Freehold and specialize in the surrounding area. I use my extensive knowledge of the area and the housing market while working with sellers, buyers and investors to achieve their real estate goals. I have earned the designation of Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) , Pricing Strategies (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

I believe the proof is in my work and the relationships I have with my clients. I listen to what your needs are and work very hard to get that for you. I will always go the extra mile to make my clients happy. I am patient, kind and calm under pressure. As a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), my negotiation skills are strong. I aim to get the best deal for each of my buyers and sellers.

Over the years I've built an extensive network of area professionals that will help your home sale or purchase go smoothly. I stay on top of new trends and changes in the local real estate market and business. During a transaction, I am personally hands on with you every step of the way and in constant communication.

Community involvement is important to me. I was very active with my children's activities at West Freehold Elementary School, Barkalow Middle School and Freehold Township High School. I coached soccer and taught CCD classes. I support the Special Olympics and enjoy participating in local fundraising walks. I am an alumnus of Iona College and a member of Women of Irish Heritage Jersey Shore.
