I am glad to meet you and I thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me. I'm a Broker Associate with eXp Realty and the Team Owner of The Comerford Group. I am also an interior designer and builder and collaborate on projects from time to time. My passion for real estate began at an early age, evidenced by the elaborate condo projects I developed for my Barbie Dolls (I drove Dad crazy with this!). I always felt the calling and excitement of real estate and began investing and developing as a young professional in New York City. As I furthered my education, I obtained an MBA from Wharton Business School majoring in Finance and Real Estate which led me to a successful career on Wall Street that I enjoyed for many years as an investment banker and developer. Seeking new challenges, I retired from Wall Street to establish a boutique development company in NYC that specialized in acquiring, redeveloping, and selling undervalued properties and transforming them into Uber-Luxury assets. Several of these properties were featured on TV and in prominent magazines! I think you'll agree that my background and experience in real estate is most unique and quite extensive.
