My background includes starting a popular business from scratch in Toledo, Ohio ~ Re-Decor, in 1995, which is still thriving 20 years later. I humbly believe part of the reason is because of the strong foundation it was built on. I oversaw Re-Decor for 13 years while also working as a Financial Advisor at UBS/PaineWebber, and investing in property. My experience personally soliciting interested parties and negotiating the sale of my business in 2007 (after interviewing two Business Brokers who wanted to charge me a big fee but failed to take the time to even walk through the establishment) led me to realize helping others with real estate was a perfect career to transition to as it married all my previous experiences.
