I have extensive experience and a history of delivering what I wanted when I explored hiring an agent to help me liquidate one of my own valuable assets ~ A Professional who would handle the sale as if it were her own. My background includes starting a popular business from scratch in Toledo, Ohio ~ Re-Decor, in 1995, which is still thriving 20 years later. I humbly believe part of the reason is because of the strong foundation it was built on. I oversaw Re-Decor for 13 years while also working as a Financial Advisor at UBS/PaineWebber, and investing in property. My experience personally soliciting interested parties and negotiating the sale of my business in 2007 (after interviewing two Business Brokers who wanted to charge me a big fee but failed to take the time to even walk through the establishment) led me to realize helping others with real estate was a perfect career to transition to as it married all my previous experiences. EDUCATION: Masters Degree, MPA, University of Toledo. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Ohio State University Maumee High School Graduate Certified Yoga Instructor In addition to completing the classes to become a Sales Agent, I have taken my licensure to the next level and become a Broker, a Designation most Agents do not have as it requires a certain level of Education and specific coursework. Katherine was great to work with on our home search! We were looking to move back to our home town from out of state and even though we had to work with her remotely most of the time she was always available and attentive. She listened and worked with us even as what we were looking for might have seemed to change daily.When it came time to put an offer on the house we wanted we relied on her extensive knowledge of the market.
