Katherine helped me and my husband find our perfect forever home. With today's market it took us almost a year and a half before we were able to fund exactly what we wanted. Katherine was patient, caring, honest and extremely reliable. She hooked us up with a great mortgage person and a wonderful real-estate attorney. If you're looking for an incredible realtor, Katherine is your girl! Any house I wanted to see, she was on top of it the same day, calling and arranging times. Any offers I put in, she was efficient and helped me through the process easy peasy! She made the closing process so smooth, helping answer any questions I had!
