Throughout the hole process of looking and buying a home we constantly thought to ourselves how lucky we were to have Katherine Duncan as our realtor. She really looked out for us and set everything on the table each time we looked at a home telling us the ups and downs and what to consider, as well as answering all our question no matter how many times we asked the same ones. With that, it made it easier for us to voice our opinions and trust Katherine with hers. No matter what time of the day she was always reachable by phone either text messaging, emails, and voice calls. She is great at updating and letting us know what we will be needing ahead of time and preparing us on what to expect. We honestly believe that we would not be so happy in our new home if it weren't for Katherine. We are so blessed to have had her as our realtor and now even more blessed to have her as a friend.
