Katelyn was hands-down the best person I could have chosen to help me through this process. As a first-time home-buyer in a sellers market (and as a person who aEUR" admittedly aEUR" can be a little picky), there were times when the stress made me feel like giving up. Luckily, I could depend on Katelyn to remind me of my aEUR~why and talk me off the ledge. She knew she could get me into a home that met my criteria and was within my budget when I didnt think it was possible. To prove it, she showed me over 60 homes before it was all said and done. In addition to being persistent, she was consistent, always available to answer questions or address my concerns. The enthusiasm and attentiveness she demonstrated at the beginning of this journey stayed the same all the way through (and it was a LONG journey). She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, from accommodating my unusual work schedule to being present for my needs even after the purchase was complete. On top of all of that, she negotiated a killer deal in a very tough market, and even got me money towards the closing costs. Now I have a home in a great neighborhood and an excellent school district aEUR" I'm looking forward to the future here. To sum it up, Katelyn was professional, committed, and down-to-earth. Words will not be enough to describe just how much Katelyn stepped up above and beyond to help us sell our home. She advocated for us as sellers and really took care of everything from start to finish so we really didnt have to lift a finger - except packing and moving our stuff.
