My wife and I are so grateful to have used Katie to sell our house as it made our move much easier. We were relocating for a work assignment and were not sure if we wanted to sell our house or rent it out. In our first meeting to discuss the options of selling or renting, Katie had all the material with comps of what we could expect from selling the house and estimates of what we could rent it for. Based on this information we decided to sell the house and worked out our target price. We received an offer that we happily accepted one month after listing the house and closed the following month.
