Simply the best. She understands the industry like no other. I say that after dealing with other agents, the loan officer, and lawyers. Kate has a unique way of tying all the different parties together and she was able to give me a play by play explanation when things were not making sense to me. She always came up with an answer and she turned out to be correct every time. For example she helped me understand my closing costs and that is not her job. Most important we love our new house and feel that all parties were fair and reasonable with negotiations. This all begins and ends with an agent whom you can trust.
