About Kate Johnson

Kate Johnson was raised in the Lawrence, Shawnee Mission and Cameron, MO areas. Kate has lived in the southern Johnson County area since 2005 and currently resides in Gardner with her wonderful husband Scott (who works in the Supply Chain Industry) and their children. Kate is a busy mom of 4 including 19-year-old son Jackson, 9 year old Laney, 5 year old Kensington (Kenzie), and 3 year old Lochlan. Kate comes from a large family with 3 brothers, 4 sisters, 3 dads and 1 mom (it's a long story, but if you're curious, just ask, she's an open book). Kates family is involved in their local 4-H group, enjoys being on the water (boat or beach), traveling and playing games! Kate has been a realtor since 2013 and was formerly in the HR/Staffing industry. Kate is notorious in her circle as being the "map quest" of the metro, being familiar with just about every part of KC. Kate specializes in assisting Veterans in the real estate process and has a background with new construction homes. She enjoys the thrill of a listing and has a streamlined process that is efficient and stress free for sellers. As for buyers, Kate enjoys helping a variety of buyers including first time home buyers, investors, and "move up" buyers looking for their next home!
