Kate Carlton

Born and raised in Cary, NC, Kate Carlton is no stranger to the growth the Triangle area has experienced in the last 20+ years. Kate started her real estate career as a Buyer's Agent with Nina Parker Realty Group in 2015 before branching out onto her own as a solo agent in 2015. She started her team, Carlton Realty Co. in 2022, and is looking forward to continuing to lead the team and helping each member achieve their own goals. Kate has received awards including National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30, and Triangle Real Producer Magazine's Rising Star 2021, and is a member of KW's Luxury Division. In true entrepreneurial fashion, Kate helped to launch the KW Triangle Young Professionals chapter, eventually becoming President, and putting the Triangle on the map for the top 25 Chapters nationally. She's also an investor in the Apex Market Center and Legacy Resources, has been part of the ALC, and she's a real estate investor with a growing portfolio. Outside of real estate, Kate can be found having fun and spending quality time with her daughter, Willow, and her husband, Stephen. She's an ECU graduate (Go Pirates!), and lover of all things wine and fashion. Whether it's sipping a beer at a local brewery, drinking coffee at a locally owned spot, or shopping the local boutiques, you'll often find Kate supporting local businesses in the community her team serves.
