Lets be honest- this current real estate market is insane when it comes to buying a home. You need someone who not only knows the area you desire to buy in, but also someone who can help advise you when there are other players in the game. I had heard about intense bidding wars and open houses with lines out the door and around the block. I had heard about crazy offers that waived everything, and I heard about frustrated buyers who kept losing out on houses. All of this turned out to be true in this market. But not once did I feel like our realtor, Craig, wasnt fighting for us and working to help us secure a home for our family. To top it off, we needed him to be our eyes and ears in each house showing since we are relocating from out of state.
