Kat and Caitlin were a godsend! Two days before we were supposed to arrive in OKC for the weekend to house hunt, things fell through with a realtor we had previously been talking with. I was quickly connected with Kat, and she gave me a call right then (at 9pm!) to set up a plan for our short house hunting trip. Caitlin spent her entire weekend with us at showings, and gave really great advice on potential red flags of some of the houses we were considering. When you are in a rush, sometimes it is easy to look over those things, so we really appreciated her guidance and advice. We were able to be under contract with a home we loved by the time we left! Caitlin and Kat were both so helpful throughout the process of closing remotely, and attended all of the walkthroughs of our new build with a fine tooth comb, to make sure nothing was missed! We highly recommend them, especially if you are military and are PCSing!
