ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently sold our home with Kat and Morey Allaway, Finding 43 Real Estate. We could not be happier with our choice. Weve bought and sold many homes during our lifetime and went into this sale differently. Rather than going with an agent we used in the past or a referral from friends, we choose to interview 6 firms prior to making our choice. It was an excellent way to compare and contrast each firms services, knowledge of the real estate market and personality of the agents. Kat and Morey shined above the others. First, what made this sale challenging was we were moving out of state with the projected listing date after we moved out. Because of that factor, I felt I needed some hand holding on this move, Kat and Morey were always available whenever we needed them, either by phone or in person. Second, we had determined that new flooring was needed in some rooms to make our home move inviting and move-in ready. Kat was over to the house with floor samples; a selection was made, and within the week arrangements for the installation was taken care of. For us that kind of service removed another stressor on us having to do the leg work interviewing multiple contractors, get multiple bids, and work around the contractors schedule, not our selling schedule. Morey and Kat have multiple contractors they work with regularly and will arrange the work to be completed to meet the timeline necessary for the home to go on the market; this service is beyond what we have experienced in the past. These same relationships with contractors became even more important as we were already out of state when the home inspection was completed and two items required repair. Again, Morey and Kat took care of it for us. Third, while our home would have shown beautifully empty, we know that staging is the best way to go and this service is provided by Finding 43 Real Estate. No other agents we interviewed provided staging without going to an outside vendor at considerable cost. Fourth, Kat and Morey know Boise well, however, homeowners truly know the amenities that make their home and location special and standout. We spoke with Kat and Morey at length about those amenities and they incorporated that knowledge into the listing information, they listen. And lastly, but important, they are just lovely, warm, and kind people. They understand the stress that comes with selling real estate and work to remove that stress as much as possible. We are grateful to have found them and recommend that if you are buying or selling real estate you make sure you meet with Kat and Morey of Finding 43 Real Estate before you make your final decision. This was our first home we sold in the Castaic, California. We asked our realtor if he knew any realtors in the Idaho area. He referred us to Morey & Kat Allaway. We contacted Morey and sent him a few listings in Eagle, Star and Meridian, which we wanted to see when we got to Idaho. A few days after we arrived in Eagle, Idaho, we met with Morey & Kat to go look at the listings we sent them. After looking at the 3 listings we sent them, Morey informed us that he had 1 more home to show us. It was out of our area, (Kuna) and out of our price range but we decided to go and look at it anyway. As we were driving out to the area both Morey & Kat had informed us all about Kuna and the surrounding area. It was the fastest growing and the best time to buy in that area. The home they were going to show us was only 2 years old. We pulled up to the house and the front view of the home looked very pleasing. When we walked inside and looked around I was amazed of all the upgrades that were installed, plus it had a large 2 car garage with a 33 deep RV garage which was perfect for us. We were informed of the price and stated it was out of our price range but we would research the home and get back to them. Unbeknownst to us, we found out that this home was built by one of the top builders in Idaho, Ted Mason, which explained the quality and upgrades inside. We had them put in a low offer and to our surprise the seller took the offer. We were lucky enough to find our home in Idaho within 8 days and were able to aEURoeGET THE HOME OF OUR DREAMSaEUR? because of the insight, professionalism, communication and knowledge of both Morey & Kat.
