Buying my first home was scary and overwhelming, but Kason made sure the entire process went smoothly. He was so generous with his time and was always happy to answer all my questions. I was texting him constantly (sorry Kason!). He gave me contacts for local handymen and contractors and helped me estimate what some key renovations would cost. His estimates turned out to be scary accurate! Without Kason, I would have never had the confidence to take on a house that needed renovations.
