We don't live in state but that did not hinder her getting everything taken care of for us. She provided excellent references for some work to be done and also for the estate sale, not to mention many visits to the house to ensure all the work was on track and providing us with status reports. Huge help!! She made very sure the house was in excellent condition to go on the market and sure enough we entered into a contract within a week of listing it, with a couple of back up offers to boot. Throughout the negotiations she represented our interests and essentially gained us a healthy win toward the final closing amount. She stayed on top of the subsequent steps with the inspections and working with the title company and prep for closing. My mother had just passed unexpectedly (July, 2023), leaving a messy estate, and a messy house. I live VERY out of state, and was only able to make a few short trips to the area to tend to the estate and house. I was overwhelmed and buried in a list of things that needed to be done, and I was doing it by myself. I had never even been to Texas, and I knew no one there. My mom had only retired there a few years ago. Thankfully, Kasi was the realtor whod helped my mom find the house, and thankfully my mom had saved Kasis contact information. I got in touch with Kasi because I simply did not know what needed to be done or where to start- with anything. I told her the situation with the estate (which was extremely ugly), and explained I was all the way on the East coast, with no idea how to proceed with the house. Kasi did not immediately respond as a realtor. She responded as a friend. She was empathetic and told me shed been through something similar so she knew, to an extent, what was on my plate. She offered condolences and comfort, before ever asking what I planned to do with the house. She was eager to take some specific items off my plate, and lighten my burden. When it came to handling the house, Kasi explained the process and assured me we could handle it all remotely so I wouldnt have to travel back and forth. She made it clear she was going to do whatever she could to make the process easy for me. And thats exactly what she did! Kasi connected me with the best local home repairs and cleaning services; people shes worked with for years and whom she trusts. She told me who to call or email to have the utilities sorted, and she made recommendations for things Id never have thought of even though they make perfect sense. When youre going through the grief process, combined with a legal battle in a town full of people you dont know but somehow have to rely on, theres a lot of details you can miss. Thats why I needed Kasi. She took care of the details so I could focus on processing my grief. I knew nothing about the real estate market of the area and I was terrified the house would sit for months on end without any interest. But thanks to Kasis personalized attention, expertise, and Texas-tenacity we had an offer faster than I expected! From there we had some more work to do with the inspection results, etc.- and once again Kasi found me the best contractors to do the work, so the house was fit and ready for new owners. Every single worker she put me in touch with was accommodating with billing (due to my location), and they did quality work! And Kasi was the first to congratulate me, on closing day! Kasi didnt just help me sell a house. Kasi helped me process through what was the toughest year of my life, to date. If it hadnt been for her willingness to make the real estate side of things easy for me, I'm not sure Id have been able to handle the process with much grace at all. When I think of all the ways Kasi made the sale of the house happen, and made the process easy for me- a person in Virginia, I cant think of a better example of someone going aEURoethe extra mile.aEUR? Our previous realtor really made it seem like we'd never find a home in our price range and always showed us houses we couldn't afford, we felt really discouraged about the entire home buying process. When we switched to Kasi however, she showed us houses at or under our price range almost immediately. She was able to work around our very inconvenient schedule and was always easy to get in contact with. We experienced some issues at closing (due to the lending company) and Kasi fought tooth and nail for us. ZillowVERIFIED Disclaimer: I get a little personal in this review and there may be aEURoetriggers.aEUR?I met Kasi years before I moved to Kerrville while we were doing community service with Keller Williams and before I needed help selling my home. I didnt even question who my realtor would be when the time arrived.I practiced real estate and I feel like that automatically made me a difficult client, like how teachers are the worst students (I'm also a teacher). Our first order of business was when we went to list (we had moved out of state several months before) and while we were gone, a neighbor had moved into our house and refused to leave. Kasi stepped right into the mess and helped us to recover our home. In under a month. Kasi supported our need to sell fast and helped us to get what we wanted out of our home. She took time to help me understand the current pace of the market and the comps so that we could get more offers when we listed. She took care of our home while we were out of state and even removed a bird who had let himself in!The biggest support came during the worst season of our lives. We lost a young son after our home went under contract. Kasi worked behind the scenes to make sure that we could grieve and not have to worry about our house or our closing. This is important because we were already difficult clients- out of state, in a hurry, and I was a former realtor myself. We probably were even worse after our loss. I couldnt even say for sure because we were so lost in ourselves and our family that all I can say is, Kasi took care of us and our home. We trusted her when she said that we did not need to worry about our home and that we needed to focus on ourselves while she got us to closing. She never complained. She made sure everything was ready for us so we could come back, say our goodbyes to the memories of our son and and our formerly unbroken family, and get out of dodge. She has checked in on our family well past our closing and has been by our side ever since. I am so grateful to have met Kasi when I did and to have hired her to take care of our home and our family.
